I recently wrote a terrible review about this game after getting into it with their customer support, or lack thereof. These guys are running an extremely shady business and deliberately ripping people off. After the review and spar with customer support, suddenly my ball is going anywhere but where it is supposed to. I have been playing this game for years and have reached Master 3 as well as C100. I consider myself a really good player, but now I have not won a game in three days after getting into it with the arrogant jackwagons that work for this crooked company. I have read the other reviews on here and I find it interesting that many others have had the same experience. I think its time that these guys get investigated, indicted, and prosecuted for felonious activity. I don't believe that they grasp the concept that there is already clearly enough evidence to pursue a class action against them that would bankrupt them. Terrible game and ALL of the employees combined, clearly do not have a single pair of balls to do the right and ethical thing. This company needs to go by by. Interesting that I too have had fraudulent charges on my credit card as I see others have. If it were possible to give negative stars, I certainly would. User's recommendation: stay away from this game. You will get ripped off.
