I also fell into the trap of purchasing Rugby World Cup 7's tickets a month or so ago with a web site that seemed to hijack your search engine for this hugely popular event here in Cape Town. these tickets were for my sons and I'm not only dealing with the financial loss but the huge disappointment of not having tickets to the event. I have requested a refund after the fees that they charged were beyond riduclous. as with with several suckers of the same - they refuse to refund.
