i WAS TOLD THAT THE $35.00 processing fee couldn't be refunded but the $80.00 for the medicine should be refunded because I never received any medicines from this company. I spoke with a man who was a fast talker, they withdrew $115.00 from my account the same day. My problem I sent the forms to my physician who sent me to an agency who are trying to help me with my Sprivia Restimet and Advair Diskus they are a service that helps poor hardworking people get their medicines at no cost for the service. It's shameful that any business would actually steal from senior citizens but people who have means always thrive off the backs of the poor. I just want my $80.00 back bc I've not received any services from these people.
