Mark Francis and Marcia Young are fraudsters! They took a group of school teachers like myself to Cuba without a permit from the US Government. They put all of the teachers in danger of being fined by OFAC. Mark Francis of FYI-CSI, LLC , bought me 20 drinks in one night and put his slimy hands on me. He is a pig! Mark Francis and Marcia Young are deplorable people that don't care about anyone, but themselves. Stay away from these people they are con men and women. The funny thing is that he is found on the internet complaining about other people when he is problematic. What a riot.! Seriously, this fraudulent behavior should be stopped ultimately.
