Quoted job at a price but refused to provide a contract. Work started fine, but then he kept asking for more $$ to buy materials and pay his workers. I kept paying but the job stopped, after asking for receipts of materials, he kept saying he would bring them and never did. Came back with lame excuses and never finished the job. Left roof unfinished and because he never finished it I had water damage among an unfinished deck and porch. Unreliable, untrustworthy and a loser, he has Karma against him big time. Talks the talk but cannot walk it. I rate him a big fat zero OOOO
