Scammed out 81.76 refund

On April 18.2020 ordered several items only received three. Spoke to a rep on 5/1/20 about above refund. Her name was Shari @ 253p and she promised to be taking notes about my refund/ order issue. My credit card was charged over 191 dollars. I am owed back 81.76. My order# 158721****. HELP ME PLEASE! User's recommendation: Read reviews 1st.
