Made fraudulent charges of $6.99 per month by opting me into their "Value Plan" without me ever opting into this *** plan. The recurring charges would not stop even after I disabled auto recharge. Their horrible website would not allow me to delete my credit card details also. Chatted with customer support to reimburse the incorrectly charged amounts and the guy said that I had already "forfeited" those amounts to them, even though their records show 0 usage of their service by me during all the months of being charged. Did this to me after being a customer of theirs for 10 years ! I hope they lose every single one of their customers and have to shutter down.
