Scammed for £89 and £95 for “free trial”

Just like previous complaints I have had the above 2 amounts charged to my bank account without my authority. I received a confirmation that my order had been dispatched on 20 July 2015. As soon as I saw that these 2 amounts had been charged I contacted my bank who warned me this might be a scam. I immediately emailed the company's customer service dept (11 August 2015) to cancel any subscription and request a refund. A response was received stating email would be answered within 72 hours - no response received so further email sent, again no response in 72 hours. This morning I telephoned company and was told no emails had been received although I pointed out that I had received an auto response to both. Operator advised there is no free trial - you are sent first months supply and must return within 14 days if you do not wish to continue with product. I was first offered a substantial reduction if I continued with the subscription but when I declined and demanded a refund was offered a 40% refund as a gesture of goodwill! I do not consider this acceptable as this has put me in financial difficulties.
