Scammed by Company

Gadget Guard (black ice product) is a complete ripoff. I purchased the protection when I bought my phone. Immediately I registered by warranty, since you have to within 30 days, but they have no record of the registration. However, they do have an account created under my name on the day I told them I registered. I even used the warranty card to fill out the registration 1 day after receiving the product. My phone broke today and I tried to use my warranty. In fact, this product destroyed the screen of my phone due to the extreme adhesive. When I contacted Gadget Guard, not warranty could be located. However, Robyn on the chat window, stated that many people create an account but never register the warranty. HMMM if many people are experiencing the same issue I am than maybe the website is flawed. OR IS IT? What a genius marketing scam to take people for their hard earned money. Now I am spending $250 for a replacement screen because "a warranty" couldn't be located. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT! When I took my phone to the phone shop, the salesman concurred that tons of people utilizing this product have the same issue. Could be the greatest scam during a worldwide pandemic. Great job Gadget Guard/Black Ice. User's recommendation: Stay away from this product.
