SCAM using video from failed Kickstarter campaign

This one pops up every now and then. Scammer uses video pulled from a failed kickstarter campaign from a $3000 gimbal, claiming to sell the product for $34.00. Victims follow link to site, pay for the product and are then blocked. Attempted to report this to Facebook as the ad was running on the news feed quite prominently - FB refused to delete the ad, claiming that the content did not break any terms of use. Unbelievable that FB allows this to happen in the first place but refusing to pull a known scam from the network? Unforgivable.
