I wish i had checked out this organization with the BBB prior to placing my order. They also operate under the name More4LessDigital.com. I placed an order on 2/23/17 for a Canon 7D MKII for $949.00 from BigTimeCamera.com. After placing the order, I received an e-mail asking me to call [protected] and Ext #1 and to ask for Bruce. I do so, he tells me this camera is not in ENGLISH. Its an overseas or “Import” model. He assures me they have the lowest market price. “Bruce” tells me the camera does not come with a battery. I agreed to a new price of $1, 248.00. I paid for expedited shipping (which he waived), which turned into extra batteries a 3 year product warranty on a very generic, lump sum invoice for $1, 448.00. I immediately called the company back on 2/23/17 and could not get anyone. I e-mailed, no responses. This morning, 2/27/17 – I searched the web for reviews and I was devastated to read not one, positive review. The BBB ratings are worse. I called my bank today, 2/27/17 and initiated a fraud claim. Absolutely do not do business with these people.
