SCAM triple billing for jewelry not ordered

Ordered the turtle mask and all of a sudden they charged my credit card 3 times for jewelry I did not order. How do I return this garbage and receive a full refund. I think I will go to my bank and advise them of this scam. User's recommendation: Do Not buy anything from them.
