Tried to get refund mutiple times talking with east Indian sounding man with American sounding name. Nothing. Stay way from them. It's a SCAM. They are technicalsupport4u or vad-place.com or web vad. They are all connected somehow and we've gotten no refund or satisfaction. Their phones number is 1-80*-961-5549. Save your money and find a reputable company where they will actually solve your problem.
