The salesman offered me one deal which I agreed to and then turned around and had me sign paperwork for a completely different deal. I didn't know there was a second deal until they sent me a letter telling me I had an $11,000 mortgage. I had agreed to $1000 and he would take over my other timeshare in Hilton Head. Total price was $1000 not $11,000+ Not the deal he said I was getting at all. Beware of this place!!! User's recommendation: Do not trust this company.
