Scam – product is crap, “runaround service”

Like many others have reported...the hoverboard worked for about a day then stopped working, could not recalibrate, no manual, no tech support...was supposedly a new hoverboard but it didn't even come with a manual. They keep telling me they will send me a "return shipping label" by email but that has been going on for almost 2 weeks now with multiple phone calls and follow up stories and excuses, so that appears to just be a runaround story. This has been a disappointment for my kid and waste of time and money for me.
