I ordered a beautiful bouquet (pictured) and the arrangement delivered was carnations and daisies. When I contacted Troy’s they offered a 20% refund. Their online presence is deceptive, they appeared to be local and they are absolutely not. I’m sure the local florist followed instructions sent and Troy’s pocketed the difference. Big scam. Very frustrating and disappointing. Lesson learned... no online orders for me ever again, I’ll call a local florist and confirm location.
