I feel that the initial offer that was advertised was just a way to get the customers billing/payment information so they could charge a higher price later with out the customers knowledge. When I called to tell them that I did not agree to the amount of money they had charged me and I wanted the funds refunded to my account, they said I would have to have been agreed upon or they would not have sent it to me. I did not see anything on the page about additional charges or additional product being sent out on a reoccurring basis. If it is truly on the advertisement it has to be in a very inconspicuous area, but I don't think it was on there at all. Also, when I asked for a Supervisor to complain to, he said that he would give me a 35% refund, I said no, then he said he would give me a 50% refund. It just shows there is something very fishy about this company. A very bad company to do business with.
