I joined climber.com, with the promise of one month free, and a money back guarantee. I called after the first month and spoke to a nice girl in customer service called Nichole. She assured me to try it and my money would be refunded if I was not happy with the service. After 15 days, I asked just to be refunded my money since i was having problems even making applications since the link was not working. Nichole sent me a link which she asked me to complete. I did and after 1 month since I had not received my money back I called back and was informed i had to fax the link back not just fill it on the link which I had done0. Nichole remembered me well, even by my first name since I had called her so often, and told me she would see if she would be able to give me 1 month free. Now, i have been informed she can't even do that .If they had given me 1 month member ship for that 1 month i paid for but was unable to access, i would have been happy.
