Scam-like customer service

Made two orders. One arrived - it took a long time (due to COVID-19 pandemic, completely understandable) and one item NEVER arrived. The item was flea + tick meds which cost about 85 bucks. It has been over a month, so I decided to contact customer service. I would email them back and forth asking about my item: I talked to THREE different customer service people via e-mail and it was like NONE of them understood what in the world I was saying. I told them the item didn't come, gave them the exact order #, and one of them even had the audacity to say the item arrived. The tracking # on that item clearly showed it had not arrived. The next person said "Oh, so happy you received your order" replying to an email that clarified I had NOT received my order. And then he said he would charge me again but with a 10% discount? I told him I already PAID! The LAST person said "So sorry, let us know when you receive your item and we will take a 20% discount or assist with a return." I am done talking to these idiots. They are trying to RE-CHARGE me with a "discount" for something I already paid for. I have read similar views. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!! User's recommendation: Do. Not. Order.
