The ABc Carpet came to my home, picked up my rug and was giving a $175.00 deposit. They returned my rug a few day ago (Friday) and the rug was not cleaned. The rep. wanted me to pay and I refused, I called 911 and ask him to remain until the police came and he left with my rug. I call him again to talk about retrieving my rug and he told me I had to pay an additional $75.00 for delivery plus the balance. So, I asked him to meet me at the local precinct and I haven't heard from him thus far. If anyone, received a call from 917-653-*****, please don't do any business with this rep. He is holding my rug hostage until I pay for services that was not done!!
