Scam from an Att home representative

2

On 5/29/21 Tim Miller, an ATT employee stopped into our apartment to check on installation service. He proceeded to sign us with cell phone service, promising our Verizon phones would be pain in full. When Mr Miller left, we he took our VZ phones with him. We are now in collections! I've reached out to several times to various departments of ATT including Mr. Miller himself and Mr Miller's Manager. Is the the ethics that ATT wishing to foster? Lying employees, scamming people in their own homes? I want the balance of 448.20, in collections to be paid! I would also request that Mr Miller be watched by the company that employs him because this situation has stollen side deal written all over it. Again is this what AT&T is about ethically? Attached please find a copy of the collection notification. On it you will find my address and I will include my phone number. Your attention to this situation is greatly appreciated!
