The ticket was bogus. It was scanned at the concert as invalid. The concert venue said this happens a lot with this company. Called the company to rectify the problem and they put me on hold and never returned my call (no surprise there). I reported the problem to my credit card company and was fortunate to be able to buy a new ticket to the concert on site. The seats and the concert were awesome, now I just hope to get my money back for the bad ticket.
