Ordered flowers online for daughter’s Birthday. She lives in Hawaii. They sent email confirming sale of almost $70. Never delivered. When I called back late the day of her birthday, they said they had tried to call me back and tell me it would be an additional $30. They did not call me nor did I have a missed call from them. Had a hard time getting hold of them, would not answer the phone at first. Thank goodness my bank took the money back from them and put it back into my account. From what I’m reading though, a lot of people did not get their money back. Cannot understand how they stay in business.
