Bought 2 remote snakes for kids, arrived broke, no battery, no instructions. Customer service gave us run around saying that could do partial refund! And they also needed a video of them not working....so dumb. I reported them to the international BBB. This is ridiculous that this can even happen...BUYER BEWARE.
