I purchased the iPad repair kit, to replace by iPad screen. I travel a lot for work, so wasn’t able to open my purchase right away. When time allotted, I opened the iPad repair kit, and the main LCD iPad screen was not in the package. I contacted customer service over email and their response was, I only had a 72 hour window to notify them the screen was missing but they could sell me another screen at a discount. I was very wary with this response. Made me feel, the company deliberately did not ship the LCD Screen, and gives customers 72 hours to sell them another item. Doesn’t seem right. Total scam!!!
