Staff lied and stated that there was no CDW insurance (or any insurance) with the car and that we would be fully liable for the total cost of any damage to our car or any third party. They made us purchase the full insurance even though we had the the same with another company . When we came back and confronted them they admitted that they were not honest with us. After 1 hour they said that they would issue a refund, but only after we said we would call the police. The car we received was not clean. It was dirty inside and outside and the staff member told us to bring it back dirty. Once we returned the car they wanted to charge us 12 Euro for cleaning. The Staff told us that its company policy to make sure that every time a car is returned, they have to find some damage in order to charge the customer. The staff member said that the refund and cleaning cost will now come out of their wages. Very unpleasant experience, totally dishonest with the customers. I will never use them again and I will tell everybody not to use them! Very unhappy with their service !!!! 0 star if i could go lower than 1 star.
