I ordered an outdoor cat cage from this company. Instead of a cat cage I received 2 paper medical masks. PayPal could not honor a refund for they stated a package had been delivered to my door. True, but 3 paper masks are not worth the $68 I spent :( Upon posting 2 negative reviews on 2 other sites, the company contacted me and asked me to send a picture of the masks. They then stated that a mistake was made on their end, and they would resend my cage. They sent a tracking number for the package that was traceable until it supposedly reached my town. Then conveniently the IP address for the tracking website could no longer be found. Further inquiries to the company were met with silence. Researching other reviews for this company revealed countless consumers who have run into this exact same scenario from this company. Please beware, do not fall into this scam. I have filed a complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center but have not heard back. User's recommendation: Do not buy anything from this company.
