Scam: Charged for &free Trial&
*SOLVED

4

To whom it may concern, On January 28th, I enrolled in a "free" trial with FreeCreditScore.com. Upon accessing the information, I determined it was not what I was looking for. I was charged thirty two dollars to my credit card on January 28th, the same day I signed up for the free trial. Upon discovering this, I contacted there customer service. CSR "John" answered with a heavy accent, and attempted to up-sale me for 15 minutes. When I stated I just wanted my money back, "John" became annoyed and told me "Fine, i will refund money in 7-10 days" and hung up. The sheer fact that they charged me WITHOUT authorization, is grounds for a class action. The amount of people who have the same complaint is horrendous. That neat, catchy commercial will be singing a different song if you don't make this right. Signed, Your average consumer.
