Purchased a cheap Caribbean package for the xcaret all inclusive hotel in Mexico. The ads stated very clearly that the vacation included $500 resort credit. When I got to the hotel I was told it was only discounts on things like dry cleAning. Of course cheap Caribbean blames it on the hotel, however the hotel sent me an email containing what the sent to cheap carrlinbean and it’s clearly a scam from cheap Caribbean to get you to book with them. Cheap Caribbean has lost a customer and can’t be trusted
