I should have paid close attention to their website which has over inflated prices (>100%) discounted to normal retail price. You live and learn : ) To fellow online shoppers, always check the domain with whois.com if the website is suspect. SCAM : Giftszone.co.uk / Fristpay.com Not surprised that nobody responded to the customer support email (repeated attempts) and there is no contact phone number or address on their website. The domain was also recently registered (2016). Support Email : service.[protected]@hotmail.com Hotmail account for support ?? Fristpay recently sent me an email with a tracking number to confirm my product had arrived (image attached). There is a contact number although the number is constantly engaged.
