Scam artist!

Citi cards has a long reputation for not sending people bills on time or just not at all. Planned process to charge consumers with ridiculous late fees and reports to credit agencies for late payments! User's recommendation: DO NOT EVER SIGN UP WITH CITI CARDS !!!
