I ordered the mascara and concealer and was confused about how bad they were. They were of terrible quality, don't make any effect on your skin, and faded off almost instantly. I have never seen such customer service before. CAN YOU IMAGINE THAT I COULDN'T EVEN SIGN UP FOR MY ACCOUNT FREELY? I SHOULD HAVE WAITED FOR THEM TO SEND ME A LINK EVERY TIME. Leave the website alone if you don't want to waste your money in vain.
The situation with a review was also a joke. They requested me to leave the review, and of course, they were dissatisfied with the negative review and one star. So they just keep deleting my reviews waiting for me to give them 5 stars. Shame.
Tip for costumer:
Forget about the website, you better not put their products on your face.
