I was sold a defective scale and neither the store nor customer service were willing to help me. In fact, customer service hung upon me. Neither the customer service desk, nor the store manager nor customer service were interested or willing to help. I will never shop at Bed Bath and Beyond again. User's recommendation: Don’t sho.
