I was approved by Essex Credit, but trying to get the final paperwork completed was getting to be very cumbersome. Called, emailed, etc., but could never get in touch with loan officers. I had seen great reviews for Bank of the South (which is where I called to get the loan) so I had high hopes for a smooth transaction. After not being able to get in touch with loan officers, my wife did some research and saw the reviews for Essex which were NOT GOOD. I bailed on it and am glad I did. THANKS TO ALL WHO HAVE POSTED THEIR EXPERIENCES. Saved my sanity and probably a lot more. Would rate zero's if it allowed.
