Save yourself the nightmare – DO NOT do business with Yellow Car Rental
- Like others on this review page, Yellow Car Rental made a significant error in my bill. We had already paid $1,000 up front, yet at the end of our rental they still charged me the full amount as if I'd never paid $1,000. - There was a burnt out tail light. Called 10km into our trip and they said don't worry, it's nothing. Took it to a mechanic who said there was an electric issue, so we had to drive more than 100km out of our way to get a second van, which then didn't have a working seatbelt in the second row, so one of us rode without a seatbelt. Yellow Car's response was, "well nobody told us" as an excuse to not acknowledge our concern. In the age of endless options customers have to choose from for services, Yellow Car Rental doesn't know how to play the game. They are unprofessional, untactful managers of "business" from the way the way they speak to their customers to the way they address their customers' concerns. I felt robbed and taken advantage of.
