I have recommended and shopped at tarpsplus for many years. I have always been pleased with the quality of there product until this last purchase. I bought a large 20x30 tan shade cloth for over my koi pong pergola. I installed it within a week of its arrival in July. 3 months later I noticed it looked to be coming apart at the seam along one side. Turns out that it’s dry rotted and crumbling apart all over. I called tarpsplus and all they would do was offer a 10% discount on another shade cloth. My cheap harbor freight shade cloths have lasted me 13 years so far and still in use. I’ll not be going back to tarpsplus.
