Ordered 4 items, within a few days I emailed them to cancel it as my children had bought me a new coat and cardigan. Didn't receive any reply or acknowledgment to this email. The order came except one of the items all items too small for me this order placed is no good for me as I can’t wear any of it. I now have emailed them 3 times to ask to return the items but surprise surprise just a computer generated dispatch note was in the bag. They have not acknowledged any of my emails to customer service and today received an email saying goods have been dispatched how fraustrating they haven’t answered any of my email queries saying I want a refund. They have taken my money and I have been left with goods I can’t wear. They are not a good company do not order from them!
