My daughter took the SAT test on March 13, 2021. The test scores were supposed to be available on March 27th. The report indicates no scores available. The website says to contact them if you have not received your scores. I've contacted customer service and all I get is: you have a case #[protected] and it has been escalated. I've asked to speak with someone else about this issue and customer service told me there is no one else to contact. I have informed them my daughter is waiting on these scores to enroll in college and for scholarships and all they can say is your case number is escalated and they will call you. They can't tell me why we don't have the scores and even when I can expect them. The next test is in May and how am I to know if she needs to retake the test if I don't have scores from the March test? I am beyond frustrated and disappointed that my daughter's enrollment and future is in this company's hands.
