SAT Scores not received

Hi, i have ordered SAT scores to be sent to a list of universities on 31 Dec 2020 and paid the required fees. Yet despite being 20 days since then, the scores are not received by any university Appreciate if you could assist to send the scores. pls contact on email to provide the student id ([protected]@hotmail.com)
