Same/similar to everyone else. They do reply to emails but with useless nonsense having nothing to do with anything useful. They obviously have no respect for anyone and have pissed off MANY people. The thing that gets me is the sarcasm in their replies and the total disregard to even basic simple questions. It was easy to track them down and I will be visiting them in early November to say 'hello'. I don't even want a refund, since I was stupid enough to order something from them - just want to say hello...
