This company is so crooked. I paid on my Jeep for almost 7 years. Paid it off 6mos early. Acnt was always in good standing. Suddenly, my credit report has no record of my loan w/ them. Totally removed Like it never existed. I called to complain and they said they can't fix it because they screwed up and reported inaccuracies and due to an audit, cant put it back on my report 7 yrs of ggoodcreditGONE User's recommendation: Stay away from Santander no matter how desperate you are for a loan. They are crooked.
