San Juan Campus of VA Hospital not answering their phones

I have been having trouble connecting with anyone at the VAMC San Juan via the phone because they aren't answering my calls. I currently have been trying to contact my primary care physician to no avail. Ophthalmology has also been non responsive. I live 38 miles away and cannot visit the campus in person as often as I would like. I currently need to speak with my Doctor, Dr. Bigios and have not been able to do so. something must be done to create accessibilit
