Called Samsung to find out problem of not working. Dishwasher would not work every time I tried to start it. We thought it was due to the delay start button. Samsung arranged a technician to come out to our home. We were thoroughly pleased with Lake Electricans’ technican, Serafin. He educated us on the operation/ features of the dishwasher. He found the dishwasher had not been properly installed by Home Depot. The door would not properly latch. He adjusted/ leveled the dishwasher and it ran through the cycles as it should. I have ran the dishwasher a couple of times since Serafin corrected the problem and it works beautifully! Great dishwasher! Very quiet!
