Samsung customer service sucks

Samsung products are good, but their customer service is the worst. Avoid talking to Rose Mary, emp no. 53840****. The most headstrong representative i talked to. Does not resolve the issue or give to her manager. I bought Note 20 and it did not come with head phones. When i called them they said the head phones are not sent with phone and they gave the headphones if customer requested until Dec 4 2020.After that they stopped giving. I bought the phone before dec 4 on nov 22. Customer service is not taking the order.
