I bought a cellphone in jet store in alexandra mall. It only worked for 6 days, returned it but the manager doesnt want to help me. The sales consultant told me that I am the first customer to return that make of a phone. Is really not fair that I must suffer because I was mislead to buy an item that is known to have mechanical fault. I bought a phone because I need it. My new phone must go for repair left without a phone. No apology for a manager, just rude, as if I got a phone for free. I left the phone in the shop with the manager sibiya.
