We first tried an Artisan angel food cake which was dry, and generally tasteless., Then we tried a chocolate birthday cake & it was also very dry, and tasteless (mostly), and devoid of quality ingredients e.g. b-u-t-t-e-r & e-g-g-s. Once upon a time Sam's had outstanding bakery goods w/ obvious quality ingredients Your trial Taster must have died and a qualified replacement hasn't been found. Not only is the quality way down, and the size of the cakes have shrunk, but the prices haven't!! Adjust prices if necessary ,but restore the lost quality.
