Samplicio stay loading and never pay, or never let me to start a question

I use swagbuck panel, but when it's a samplicio's survey, I just can see the green circle and I can't to start the survey. Even, If complete a survey, this can't be paid to me because samplicio just stay loading. Is this a sign of I'm blocked or is just a temporal error ?
