I loved the offer to try coffee for $1. However, NOT the shock of charging and shipping me coffee I did not order. I was alerted by a "thanks for your order" email, but not before seeing the charge on my account. Their literature says that you can go online to make personalized coffee orders, but not that they've already set you up for it. So no, I did not see that in their "fine print". They need to send an email at least 3 days before surprising people with the large charge to bank account - I needed that money to pay bills, not coffee. Sounds like most everybody has this experience.
