Do your research on this company. Even with multiple client complaints over the years, the local BBB rates this company an A+. An A+ rating was a major reason for my wife and I chosing this company. That was a mistake. The owner is not readily available to resolve problems, monthly fees apply even if no rent is collected, termination of their management agreement incurs a stiff penalty to owners, PSA operates an in-house maintenance profit center. Problems are not acknowledged without filing legal action. My advice to anyone contemplating hiring this property management company in Marietta is to shop around. Not all property management companies are focused on their bottom line at your expense. Unfortunately, after working with upper management, we learned our lesson the hard way.
