Same experience must be policy
My wife had this same experience today in Chelsea al. Three peoples in the store one spoke the other two gave a half smile, no other customers was in the store just my wife and I after about 5 minutes no one asked if we needed assistance,so I suggested to my wife to let’s go. My wife then asked can we get some help and one responded oh yes. Don’t know who would pay $75 a gallon for paint after being over looked for 5 minutes. That was my first and last time in a Sherwin-Williams store and I’m over 50 guess I been making good choices and should have stayed with the businesses that are all costumer friendly.
